Tax Forms Available Online
Form 1099-G, “Certain Government Payments,” is now available online.  This form provides important tax information that must be reported on your Federal income tax return. If you received any type of unemployment insurance benefits in 2012, a 1099-G was mailed to you between January 22, 2013 and January 26, 2013.

To view or print this tax information online, login to our website at www.njuifile.net using your normal login information, then select the 1099 Inquiry block.  You will then have the option to view and print your tax forms.

The 1099-G documentation shows the total unemployment benefits paid and any tax withholding for the 2012 calendar year. If you have moved, the 1099-G form placed in the mail will NOT be forwarded to your new address, so this new online option should be helpful.

In the event you need to request your tax information by writing to us, please address your request to:  Division of Unemployment Insurance, Tax Information Office, PO Box 916, Trenton, NJ  08625-0916.

A written request must include your name, your Social Security number, your old and new street or mailing address, current telephone number and, when appropriate, the specific calendar year(s) being requested.
