The complainant and employer have the right to appeal if either party disagrees with the outcome of a Division of Wage and Hour investigation or with a decision about a contractor's registration to perform public work. The Division holds various types of hearings and conferences to resolve disputed cases. More

Wage Rates
The hourly minimum wage in New Jersey is $7.25 per hour. Prevailing wage rates must be paid on public works projects and for state building services.   More
