- Certification of unemployed job seekers for tuition-free
training at any community college or state college (on a space-available basis)
- Orientation and referral to the Self-employment Assistance
program
- Work First New Jersey assistance to welfare
recipients in finding and keeping job
- Green Thumb assistance to seniors in finding a job
- Trade Act representative services to workers who have
lost a job due to a Company shifting production overseas

- Processing of Unemployment Insurance
claims
- Orientation to other services that are
available to job seekers (for example, referral to jobs, employment counseling, job search

- Screening and referral of appropriate
job candidates from the largest pool of workers
- On-site (at employers location)
