Public has access to One-Stop computers to post resumes and for job searches
Review of skills work readiness, work experience
Employment counseling
Training (if appropriate)
Job readiness preparation
Assistance in finding a job
Programs for workers who have been laid off
Public access to computers linked to the Internet and featuring Workforce New Jersey’s One-Stop website (Job Bank, Resume Bank, directories of services and of training opportunities, etc.)
Assistance to those using the One-Stop computers, if needed
Assist applicant in registering for services
Refer the applicant to employers with appropriate job openings
Refer for job training
Refer for high school equivalency training
Refer for supportive services (health, housing, legal, etc)
Provide training in interviewing and job search techniques
Self-service access to One-Stop website (Job Bank, Resume Bank, etc.)
Individual personal assistance in using computers to access the One-Stop webstie and the Internet
Fax machine for faxing resumes to employers

Services for unemployment insurance claimants:

Public access to One-Stop computers for posting resumes and searching for jobs
Processing of Unemployment Insurance claims
Orientation to other services that are available to job seekers (for example, referral to jobs, employment counseling, job search workshops, resume preparation assistance, training and other services.

Services to employers include, among others:

Screening and referral of appropriate job candidates from the largest pool of workers
On-site (at employer’s location) recruitment and screening for the employer
Positive recruitment—employer can conduct recruitment using the office and facilities of Workforce New Jersey.
Employers can set up on-the-job training for workers through Workforce New Jersey
Register migrant seasonal farmworker crew leaders, agents and vehicles and inspect the vehicles
