- Public has access to One-Stop computers to post resumes and
for job searches
- Assist applicant in registering for services
- Review the applicants job qualifications, experience,
readiness, abilities, etc.
- Refer the applicant to employers with appropriate job
openings
- Refer to other agencies for job training
- Refer to other agencies for supportive services (health,
housing, legal, etc)
- Public access to computers featuring the Workforce New
Jerseys One-Stop website (Job Bank, Resume Bank, directories of services,
training opportunities, etc.)
- Individual assistance in the use of the One-Stop computers
is provided as needed
- Fax, phones and copier are available to the public for
faxing resumes to employers
Services for
unemployment insurance claimants:
- Public access to One-Stop computers for
posting resumes and searching for jobs
- Processing of Unemployment Insurance
claims
- Orientation to other services that are
available to job seekers (for example, referral to jobs, employment counseling, job search
workshops, resume preparation assistance, training and other services.
Services to employers include,
among others:
- Screening and referral of appropriate
job candidates from the largest pool of workers
- On-site (at employers location)
recruitment and screening for the employer
- Positive recruitmentemployer can
conduct recruitment using the office and facilities of Workforce New Jersey.
- Employers can set up on-the-job training
for workers through Workforce New Jersey
- Register
migrant seasonal farmworker crew leaders, agents and vehicles and inspect the vehicles

opportunities, interviewing skills, writing resumes and cover letters, follow-up, etc.)
- Job Club (mutual assistance group for those who have
completed the above training)
- Public access to computers featuring the Workforce New
Jerseys One-Stop website (Job Bank, Resume Bank, directories of training and
services, etc.)
- Personal assistance provided, as needed, to those using the
computers
- Fax, phones and copiers are available to trainees and
members of the Job Club
- Vocational counseling
